Ability to overlay an audio file over a video file

It would be great to just be able to add audio to a video file. Just a simple audio overlay.

I experienced sound disync at video joint feature.

I cut a video in five parts and i used the two of them to make a new one. At the joint process the sound of the second video went out of sync.
